This section provides a list of Local Contacts, which should include details for all relevant adult social care and local authority teams as well as those of partner agencies.
It also has a Contact Us page for staff to contact the member of staff who is the lead for coordinating the development and revision of this resource in their area. Staff can use these details to submit any queries, amendments or suggestions they have.
