Working across organisations to meet children, young people and families’ needs through effective information sharing, joint decision-making and co-ordinated interventions, to facilitate effective help, support and protection. This includes in child protection, where experts from different agencies form multi-agency child protection teams to lead child protection decision making, whilst remaining connected to their parent agency.
